With local meats, fish, vegetables and cheeses, your resident
“Chef de Cuisine – Chris” will prepare and
serve the tastes and specialities of this rural haven, using
various cooking methods and styles including traditional farmhouse,
flambé, barbecue, al fresco also raclette and fondue.

in season, complemented by aperitifs, wine and traditional

Chris is a keen writer of mysteries and will be writing unique
